We all hate them but they're oh so necessary! Here on The Magicians we tried to make everything as simple as possible, so take that into consideration when reading! This is a mandatory read.
ONE please be respectful to all staff and members on the site. we work hard to cultivate a friendly and safe environment for role players, and if you have a problem with a member we do ask that rather than taking it upon yourself to do anything you let us know, so we can take care of it.
TWO the magicians is a one account per character site, and you should make your accounts accordingly. your display name should be your characters full name and middle initial if they have one (i.e. john e. doe)
THREE activity checks will be held monthly, at the end of every month starting on the 26th and ending on the 30/31st. we understand that real life can be all consuming, but we require at least one post on each character account in the past 2 weeks in order to keep your character.

FIVE the magicians is a pg-13 site. while there can be mature themes on the site such as violence and drugs, all sexual situations MUST FADE TO BLACK.
ONE character applications have a deadline of two weeks to be finished otherwise they will be archived.
TWO your character DO NOT have to be human. we have a series of playable creatures available on this site!
THREE characters must have an anime/manga/video game face claim. we DO allow original art here though, so don't fret!
ONE blah blah blah no godmodding, powerplaying, etc etc etc just don't be a dick guys okay? if we catch you, you'll be warned.
TWO WE DO NOT HAVE A WORD COUNT however we are a moderate to advanced rp which means the quality of your posts must be ON POINT with proper spelling and grammar.
THREE we allow liquid time on this site, but try to keep in mind that there is a general timeline you need to follow. try to keep a tracker if you feel it'll help you, but you can't use magic in thread a that you learned in thread b and etc etc.
ONE don't be rude. simple as that. don't be rude, don't be confrontational, and if you had a bad day keep those negative feelings out of the cbox. we don't want angry messages clouding our safe space, if you need to vent send a message to your friendly neighborhood customer service rep coffee!
